| Can we create our own graphics? | You can use your own creative team, however, with years of experience with creating global advertising campaigns, our expert in house creative department will be able to provide the most eye catching campaign, taking the worry away from you. |
| How are the displays connected? | The connection is either via GPRS of TCP/IP. GPRS means the unit is wireless, is runs of a normal mobile phone SIM card. TCP/IP uses your local Internet network connection. |
| Can the campaign be spread over several locations? | Yes. Our advertising media can be part of a network. You can have one unit in the group, or as many as you want. At the touch of a button all the displays, in their different locations, will have the same broadcast sent to them. |
| Is there a minimum contract? | Yes. The minimum contract period is 2 years, however it is on going, and we will continue to provide a full service for as long as you wish. |
| Can we see the media displays before we sign up? | MogulMedia.biz have a showrooms in the UK, USA and Taiwan, where all our products are on display. You are welcome to visit us, just contact the sales department to arrange a time. |
| Who installs the displays? | We have a specialist installation team who can install the displays at your required locations, for an additional cost. We are also happy for you to sub contract the work out. The installation is fairly straight forwards and we will provide training for whoever undertakes the task. |
